Homer Wilder, age 78 of Corbin, KY, passed away on July 17, 2017, at the UK Chandler Medical Center.

He was born on November 19, 1938, in Oaks, KY, to the late Millard Wilder and Margaret Elizabeth Hoskins Wilder.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by Clayton Wilder and Irene Miracle.

He is survived by the following members of his family:

Son: Darryl Edward Wilder

Daughter: Theresa (Loren) Grennier

Grandson: Christopher Grant Grennier

Sisters: Mable Ellicott, Ilene Saylor, and Marylou Mayes

And a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2017, at the Creech Funeral Home.

Graveside services will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2017, at the Creech Funeral Home.
