Obituary for Helen Irene Carmack

Helen Irene Carmack, age 74, of Middlesboro, KY, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017, at the Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.

She was born February 14, 1943, to the late Ernest Byrge and Edith Wade in Middlesboro, KY.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two children David and Vicki, brother, Wallace Wade, Jr., and her step-father, Wallace Wade, Sr., Grandmother and Grandfather, Pearlie Mae Hensley Wilder and William Wilder, a special aunt, Bertha Ward and her husband; Robert Mullins.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Her children: Ricky (Ann) Partin, Teresa (Larry) Branson, Sandra (Bo) Looper, Robert (Cindy) Mullins, and Jason (Colline) Carmack.

Special sister: Dora (Jimmy) Witt

Grandchildren: Rebecca Richardson, Travis Partin, Tracy Partin, Angela Hawk, Erica Saylor, Joshua Hawk, Shea Mullins, Dillon Carmack, Robin Parker, Ryan Mayes, and Lita Partin.

And a host of great-grandchildren.
