Juby Fontana, age 67, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at the Pineville Community Hospital.

He was born in Pineville, KY, on August 22, 1949, to his late parents, Cecil Partin and Carrie Partin.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-father, Ed Todd Partin and brother, Gary Partin.

He is survived by the following family members:

Fiancé: Sharon Lambdin

Sons: Juby (Angela) Fontana of Frakes, KY and Robby Fontana of Lafollette, TN

Daughter: Fonda Gross of Jacksboro, TN

Brothers: Jimmy Fontana of Newcomb, TN, Eddie Partin of Frakes, KY and Darrell Partin of Frakes, KY

Sisters: Joyce Mason of Frakes, KY and Linda Partin of Chenoa, KY

Grandchildren: Mersadeyz Gephart, Alexis Gross, Lacie Gross, Jaxon Gross, Austin Fontana, Brittney J. Fontana, Marley Fontana, Bentley Gage Fontana, Tyler Carson, Joanie Fontana, Jessica Fontana, Matthew O’Dell, and Destin Phillips.

And a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm on Friday, June 23, 2017, at the Creech Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayland Mason presiding.

Internment will follow at the Chenoa Cemetery in Chenoa, KY.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, June 23, 2017, at the Creech Funeral Home.
