Velma Dyke, 86, of Middlesboro, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2017, at the Tri-State Manor in Harrogate, Tennessee.

She was born July 8, 1930 in Middlesboro, Kentucky to the late Walter and Edna Idol.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Otey Dyke.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Son: Otey Lewis Dyke

4 Grandchildren: Aaron Dyke, Lehanne Doyle, Garland Moody, and Timothy Moody

10 Great-Grandchildren

And a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the Green Hill Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
