Obituary for Joyce Faye Parker

Joyce Faye  Parker
Joyce Faye Parker, age 77, passed away May 31, 2017, at the Claiborne County Nursing Home.

She was born on February 26, 1940, to the late James Harvey and Jean England.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Parker.

She was a member of the OakDale Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by the following members of her family:

Sister: Jeanette Seaholm of Kingman, AZ

Brother: Michael England of Pigeon Forge, TN

Children: Ronald (Charlene) Boger of Pineville, KY, Sandra Marie Cardona of Stillwater, OK, Cindy (Dannie) Jones of New Tazewell, TN, Edward (Christen) Boger of Perkins, OK, Tony Berry of Middlesboro, KY, and Stephen (Vickie) Barnett of Lexington Park, Maryland.

She also leaves behind 16 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 7:00pm on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at the Creech Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Peck Sr., Rev. David Miracle, and Rev. David Howard presiding. Music will be provided by the OakDale Missionary Baptist Church Choir.

Internment will be Sunday, June 3, 2017, at the Riverview Church
Cemetery in Harrogate, TN. The family will meet at 2:00pm at the funeral to go in procession.

Pallbearers will be Fidel Gutierrez, Barak Forbes, Matt Richardson, David McMurry, Michael Hawk, and Josh Berry.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at the Creech Funeral Home.
