Adam Reuben Johnson, age 36, of Tazewell TN, passed away at his home and went to be with the Lord on May 17th, 2017.

He was born April 24, 1981, in Knoxville, TN, to Howard Johnson and the late Diane Ostrander Johnson.

In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his daughters, Haley and Emily, and his sisters Avril Ramsey and Candice Johnson.

He is survived by the following members of his family:

His wife: Carrie Johnson

His children: Billy, Courtney, Destiny, Caleb and Adison

His father: Howard Johnson

His brothers: Howard (Becky) Johnson, Jr., David (Stephanie) Johnson

Brother in law: Jeff Ramsey

And a host of nieces and nephews

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for all donations be made to Creech Funeral Home in Adam’s honor to help with funeral cost.
